Respect: As good enough dads, we recognize that out kids are fully human and deserve recognition for who they are—in all of their uniqueness. 

Meet the Founder

Caleb Roose (MDiv) has been coaching leaders for over 6 years and has 3 young kids and an amazing wife. Caleb has worked in diverse fields and leadership roles and is passionate about fatherhood, leadership, and helping dads find work-life rhythms that fit their unique lives and values. With over a dozen years working directly with kids, teens, and young adults—and years of formal study on fatherhood, leadership, and child, adolescent, and emerging adult development—Caleb is a reliable guide for the journey of fatherhood, work, and life.
